Below are some
of our ongoing programs. We will be forming a board or committees
in early 2007 to help make these programs the best that they
can be.

- Spring
Fling - This occurs in May. We normally have it
in a gym and the kids get to run wild. The 2006 Spring
Fling, we had a Luau theme. There is no cost associated
with this function.
- Pizza
In The Park - This happens in September. We meet
at a playground. There is pizza and informal mingling.
There is no cost associated with this function to cover
the meal.
- Holiday
Party - This
happens in December. This is a more formal gathering
with cost associated with the function. In 2006 it will
be breakfast with Santa. Check

- Age
Appropriate Socials - movie night for older children
and toddler social for younger children. Check
out our 2007 pictures.
- 3-21
eat out - Raise awareness of DS by eating out at
a local restaurant.
Fundraisers
- We will
be hosting a scrap booking event sometime in 2007.
- Please
donate through work if your company has matching funds.

- Information
Meetings - We have a knowledgeable speaker meet with
the group at least 3X a year. Child care is provided, babies
can stay with you.

Outreach - New parent folders in area hospitals and
OBGYNs.
