We are…we got a room and will be doing the whole family thing. We have Kathryn (Ds) who will be 7 by then and Nicholas who is 6) Email me.
We are also. Meghan (w/Ds) is 7. Ryan is 11 and will be participating in the Brothers & Sisters Conf for the first time. We can’t wait! Would love to meet you there.
We are attending too. My son Ishaan (w/DS) is going to be 7 and my older son Varun is 15.

We should do a Bucks County/Mont county meet date and time. So we can all meet those we don’t normally meet.

I will be attending the conference but by myself. My daughter Evelyn is four and we will bring her another time! I would love to meet up with everyone though!!
Thanks to all who have responded to this request to date. My wife Julie and I have a son, Evan (DS) who is 1.5 yo. This will be his second NDSC Congress. We were fortunate to go to last year’s meeting and it was awesome. With this year’s meeting being closer to PA we decided to bring Julie’s parents (who are Evan’s daycare providers) and her brothers (13yo and 10yo). We have also arranged for Evan’s therapists to go to the meeting as well (his OT, PT and Teacher).
If folks who are going to the meeting could send me their email and cell phone number (in a separate email – not on the list serve) we can communicate to find a time to meet – maybe to even just grab a coffee or drink. One of the best sessions at the Congress are the network sessions where they have breakouts based on the age of your child and moms and dads in separate sessions. These sessions provide the opportunity to share experiences with others going through similar experiences – they even have sessions for grandparents.
I look forward to hearing from you. For those who have not registered for the meeting there is still time, and dont despair regarding hotel rooms. We were 42 in June on the wait list last year and were able to get a room in the main hotel. There are other hotels as well near to the meeting hotel.
I am going to be there Friday afternoon by myself. Jon is 8 and has ds. Look forward to meeting you all soon.
