Looking for IEP implementation in daycares in Harleysville, Lansdale, Hatfield area
A family is looking for daycare programs in Harleysville, Hatfield and Lansdale area. They are looking for a preschool program that will work to implement the IEP with the team of service providers. Also, the family is interested in a preschool that provides an integrated program with typical peers. They also welcome any feedback on the MCIU placements in the area (pros and cons). My husband and I just started our 19-month old son at the All My Children Learning Center in Souderton. They are great. When we went to visit daycares/preschools, they were the first one to ask us for a copy of Evan’s IFSP so they could support his goals.
The Center is accredited…part of the Keystone Stars program, with 4 stars. They communicate well with the families.
My daughter attends Childworks Preschool near the Lansdale TP Exit. They have morning and afternoon classes starting at age 2. They are not a daycare but what a wonderful program if you can arrange getting your child to and from.
Hi Caesey,,was wondering if you knew how to get mciu to pay for this school…we went to due process hearing today,but put a hold on the hearing in hopes of settleing today,but that was not able to happen,on account that there isno placement for Dana .we send her to the Goddard school in which we pay for,,,but wanted them to either provide a place to implement the IEP or pay for the Goddard and they said no,,,but sent us to Kencrest which so happens dont have any room,,, this was after we released the hearing officer!!!!any information would be helpful.
